Martinette Snyman – Sales Rep

Martinette has a need for speed as well as quiet reflection. She not only gets excited watching motor racing and live burnouts, on the flip, she relaxes by gardening or painting. This juxtaposition of interests balances out the skills she brings when guiding her clients through the process of either buying or selling their home.

As a born and bred South African, Martinette also speaks Afrikaans. She has lived in WA since 2006, and has had 12 years experience working in aged care.

Asha Reddaway – Property Manager

Asha is unashamedly a Carlton Football Club supporter. Her enthusiasm is so infectious the rest of the Opal team dare not barrack for a different team.

Rain, hail or shine, Asha is also the Facebook face of Opal. Never one to shy away from the camera, Asha takes the opportunity to do videos in all sorts of weather and locations, keeping the connection loop open.

Originally from India, then Melbourne, Asha moved to Perth in 2015 and bought her first Secret Harbour home in 2021. Her Real Estate career began in 1997 doing weekend admin work. This gave her a solid foundation of understanding, paving the way to her working in property management from 2001 onwards.

Asha ensures your rental property is not forgotten, by organising contractors to maintain them regularly, and also to fix them if they’ve been affected by the stormy weather. This means less headaches for you.

Leslie Taylor – Property Manager

Rowade Hilwa – Residential / Commercial Sales

Rowade is cooking up a storm in real estate. Well, that’s a play on words as he also owns two businesses with food at its core – a restaurant and bar in Rockingham, serving Middle Eastern Cuisine, hailed from his Syrian/Lebanese heritage. He still goes there regularly to check up on what’s happening, staying connected with his local community and customers.

He’s taking a back seat on this part of his life, and now he’s upfront in the driver’s seat when it comes to looking after residential and commercial sales. He understands the Rockingham area well, having lived there since 2002. His hands-on business knowledge helps him to relate to fellow business owners.

He’s also savvy with the social media platforms where Opal properties are listed, enabling him to respond quickly to enquiries on a daily basis.

Rowade received his Real Estate license in 2015 and has been working in the industry full-time since 2018. Prior to this he worked in construction and mining in the logistics industry which has given him a broad understanding of the complexities of business.

Not afraid to get her hands dirty when it comes to work and play, you’ll find Stacey
camping or dirt bike riding through the mud with her husband and two teenagers on
weekends and wearing pretty clothes other times.

Stacey lives and works in Secret Harbour and knows the area well. Her love of
business property management began in her community. She developed the rent roll
for a company, resulting in her being awarded Property Manager of the Year in 20xx.
She received her Property Management qualifications from REIWA in 2011.

Digging deep into Property Management from 2019 onwards was Stacey’s true
calling. At her previous employer, they noticed her natural drive, good
communications skills and commitment to detail, promoting her to team leader and
senior Property Manager. She found she relished motivating and mentoring fellow
staff, whilst also helping to generate new business at the same time as managing a
portfolio.
